This Privacy Policy explains how Tasman LLC (“Tasman”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business at 601 Brickell Key Dr, Ste 901, Miami, FL 33131, United States, collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal information when you access the UaiAva platform at uaiava.ai and related services (the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information: name, email address, password (hashed), company name and country.
  • Billing information: billing address, last four digits of the card, card brand, tax identifiers. Full card details are collected and stored by our payment processor (Stripe) and are never stored on our servers.
  • User content: images, audio, scripts, briefs and other materials you upload in order to generate creative output.
  • Generated output: videos, images, voice files, copy and other assets produced by the Service from your inputs.
  • Usage data: log files, device information, browser type, IP address, pages visited, features used, session timestamps and error reports.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: to authenticate users, remember preferences, measure performance and improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • provide, operate and maintain the Service;
  • process payments and manage your subscription;
  • generate the creative outputs you request;
  • provide customer support and respond to inquiries;
  • monitor, analyze and improve the Service, including safety and abuse prevention;
  • send transactional emails (invoices, receipts, security notices) and, when you opt in, product updates;
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

3. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom or another jurisdiction with similar laws, we process your personal data on the following legal bases: (a) performance of our contract with you; (b) compliance with legal obligations; (c) our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service; and (d) your consent, where required.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers that support our operations, including hosting, analytics, customer support, email delivery, AI model providers and payment processing (Stripe);
  • Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect rights, property and safety;
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to equivalent privacy protections.

5. International Data Transfers

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After account closure, we may retain certain information for up to seven (7) years to comply with tax, accounting and legal obligations, to resolve disputes and to enforce agreements.

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls and secure payment processing. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: (a) access the personal data we hold about you; (b) request correction or deletion; (c) object to or restrict processing; (d) request data portability; (e) withdraw consent at any time; and (f) lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. 9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
